PCS offers scalable automation solutions ranging from basic single-well control to our signature multi-well synchronization that lets you synchronize production of up to eight wells into one or more separators from one central location. Additionally, those eight wells may be located on a single pad or individually located in as many remote locations. By eliminating the need to set open/close times at each well, operators’ windshield time and travel costs are greatly reduced.
Using the PCS 4000 as the master controller, the PCS Automation System synchronizes production of up to eight wells into one or more separators. With a choice of hardwired or wireless installation, you can easily manage up to eight wells on a single pad or eight single wells in as many remote locations.
The PCS 4000 uses pressure readings to determine which well is ready to produce. The selected well opens, and a sales cycle begins. In constant communication with the remote controllers, the PCS 4000 is regularly surveying the wells and ordering them to run.
We understand that you may have equipment or systems already in place. PCS Automation is an open architecture, total SCADA solution. It translates to most third-party hardware devices and is easily integrated to the major web and server-based host systems, including eLynx, Wonderware and CygNet.
